Returns
We offer free returns on all purchases made through our webshop, www.chevalier.se
. You have a 30-day right of return from the date you receive your order. You may return a product or exchange it for another size, colour or model – for any reason.
How to return an item
A return form and instructions are included with every delivery. Please follow these steps:
- Complete the return form and place it together with the item in its original packaging.
- Ensure that the product is unused, in unchanged condition and with all tags attached.
- Hand in the parcel at the designated service point – free of charge.
Returns that do not follow our return instructions will not be processed. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, please proceed as follows:
- Place a new order in the webshop for the item you wish to receive.
- Return the item you do not wish to keep in accordance with the return instructions above.

Returns and exchanges apply only to products purchased directly from our official webshop, www.chevalierglobal.com.
If you have purchased a Chevalier product from an authorised retailer, please contact the place of purchase for returns or exchanges.
Conditions and exceptions
- Socks may only be returned if the packaging is unbroken.
- Products must be returned in resalable condition. If tags or original packaging are missing, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that it may take a few business days before the refunded amount is visible in your account.
